38″W x 21.25″D x 74″H. Customizable. The Armstrong Armoire is a country cottage furniture piece that makes a great addition to any room needing a little extra space. Intended for use with clothing, this unit features wrap-around doors on top, standard doors on base and two interior drawers in top section. Comes with three adjustable shelves for top and/or base section. If using for an entertainment unit, you must request that the unit be drilled for wires.

Shown in Mushroom (there is an upcharge for a two-color painted finish or a painted/stained combo). Comes standard with four antique brass Tuscan pulls (please see gallery for close-up of pulls). Base is also available separately.

All pieces from the Country Classics Furniture Collection are bench made and hand finished to order. All solid wood is kiln dried. Construction is of solid poplar and birch. In addition, poplar and birch veneers are used in certain applications. All drawer boxes are constructed of 1/2″ 9-ply birch sides, and 1/4″ birch veneer bottoms, with a nail and glue lap joint. This material eliminates the shrinking, swelling, and cracking often typical in large, solid wood drawers. Large drawers have metal/nylon drawer glides, while small drawers run on wood drawer glides. Cabinet backs are 1/4″ birch beadboard veneer or 1/4″ birch veneer. Made in the USA.

Available in 37 standard paints and 4 standard stains, with 18 different knob options. Custom colors also available. The final finish consists of two coats of lacquer on painted finishes and three coats of lacquer on stained finishes. See color & knob options below.

Distressing & Finishing	Please note: Cottage colors are only available with light distressing. Light Distressing: The entire surface is sanded for smoothness. No bare wood shows on flat surfaces. Bare wood only shows on edges and corners. There are no nicks, dents, worm holes, scratches or peeled paint. Medium Distressing: The entire surface is sanded for smoothness. There is wood showing on all edges as well as around knobs and pulls. In addition, there is some wood showing on flat surfaces and natural wear areas. The surface is also distressed with worm holes, peeled paint, visible knots, nicks and scratches. With either distress level, eventual crackling, shrinking, non-threatening cracks, visible knots and grain variances are the acceptable end results of the finishing process. In addition, construction joints and seams may be visible. This is normal and considered part of the finish.
