The quality of the construction was very high; the pieces were well built and solid. The fabrics were of high quality. The slipcovers fit the pieces well and were well put together. The representatives were very helpful and knowledgeable about the furniture and fabrics. They were very helpful answering questions both over the phone and by email. The delivery service people were very polite and very careful with the furniture. I would immediately recommend Cottage Home to anyone. And I would also look to Cottage Home for any future needs. First let me thank you for helping us with the leg issue – whew! The legs were so beautifully constructed that you could not tell that they could actually separate. Please extend our gratitude and admiration to the carpenter – a true craftsman and artist. We LOVE our new table. My husband loves how the height accommodations have made it possible for him to sit comfortably with his legs under the table – a first for him! I will have to send you a picture asap – but I just wanted to tell you how pleased we are with our custom table. But, to be honest, as much as I love the table I would have to say that the highlight of this experience was working with you.

My new rug is so fantastic! It looks so great in my lake house great room – makes the room. I have received so many compliments on the look and quality of the rug. The whole experience is so easy and convenient. The web site is easy to navigate, the people are all so friendly and helpful.
